I'm Ben Warner. My goal is simple: use high contrast realism to make you feel something before you think about it.
I work primarily in charcoal — pushing the medium into deep blacks and sharp highlights that pull the eye and hold it. I also work in graphite and alcohol markers, each with their own emotional register.
Every piece is made by hand, one deliberate mark at a time. Prints are available in the shop, and I take a limited number of commissions each month.
